We offer a full range of mortgage products - Conventional, Government (VA, FHA, USDA) and NON-QM programs (which are especially helpful for self-employed borrowers) - the NON-QM product allows the use of personal or business bank statements to determine a usable income for self-employed borrowers (NO tax returns) AND includes the DSCR program which allows ANY borrower to buy an investment property without disclosing employment or income - properties can be purchased anywhere in South Carolina OR other states as well! The owner and I are both Veterans and we understand the importance of the VA programs and stay fully supportive during the loan process.
